Post Construction Inspection
Feel free to send us photos for a contactless quote. 30% of our customers send us photos of a wide angle of each room needing to be cleaned. For in person inspections please call to set up a time.
Post Construction Cleaning Quote
Our quotes are detailed and line-itemed for your references. We hand wipe and deep clean with our modern equipment. We quote by the job and not hourly as each project needs specific handling capabilities. Which is why we prefer to inspect first so we don’t over-quote.
Dust Removal
Yes we have moved pounds of dust from a small apartment. We get into the nooks and hard to reach areas so days after we leave you don’t find a dust particle around. We want you to enjoy your newly renovated place!

Post Construction Sanitizing
Once we go over the dust removal 2-3 times, the cleaning and sanitation begins and follows the same process. We use 100% non-toxic EPA cleaning products to ensure cleanliness at its best. We have techs looking over each other's work while the project manager inspects thoroughly before the final walkthrough.

As low as $550 for a small room or studio apartment. High as $50,000 for a commercial renovation. It’s best to send us photos or call for an in-person inspection to get the right quote.
You can be. We will be working around you and our machines may be a bit distracting.
We typically come when you need us. We’re available M-F 7am-5pm. Please call at your earliest convenience.
Depending on the size, small apartments can take up to a few hours, larger homes may take 4-8 hours, commercial properties may take up to a full day or several.
